A family business
The company Heide is all about the passionate production of high-quality pieces of art for those special moments in life. Inspired by Heinrich Demetz's many years of artistic experience and combined with the new processing techniques of his children, the crib figures of the Demetz family have become outstanding works of art.
Heinrich & Mariarosa
The company founders Heinrich and Rosa manufactured the first dressed nativity in 1980.
Gerald
Son Gerald trained as a sculptor at the Art College in Ortisei and designs figures for the company
Romina
Daughter Romina graduated from the Advanced Technical College and then set new impulses in the painting and elaboration of the crib figures.
Ivonne
Daughter Ivonne graduated from the Advanced Technical College in Ortisei , and then they jointly designed the Immanuel Collection in 2008.
Team / Family
The peculiarity of the Heide company, which was founded in 1970, is, among other things, that the entire family, namely father Heinrich and mother Mariarosa together with the daughters Ivonne and Romina and the son Gerald, works in the company.

The Nativity Museum Heide
was opened in May 2012 and currently comprises about 40 masterpieces by the most important Nativity makers in Italy and Austria
